I do mine at 375 for about 20ish minutes. If your salmon is really small maybe check it at 10-15 minutes.
The internet says 425 degrees and 10 minutes for every inch of thickness.0 -
I bake thick fillets at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes. I like my salmon medium rare, which is to an internal temperature of 120-125 degrees.0

I cook a standard filet 400 for 15min, so for a thinner one maybe 10-12min?
Any longer & it gets dry, which is a terrible shame because it just ruins it; salmon is delicious cooked properly!0 -
Thank y’all so much0

Thin salmon fillets are much better sauteed than baked unless you coat the baked fillets with some type of goop. And, a lot faster. 40 calories of butter or sesame oil in a non-stick pan for two or three thin fillets, scorch both sides and cover with heat off until they break apart in the middle. About 5 minutes.2
