I finally broke into the 130's today! My trend weight (which is what I use to track my success) is still in the 140's, but it felt so good to see that 139.9 lbs on the scale.

Height: 5'5
SW: 208 lbs
CW: 141.6 lbs (trend)
GW: 125 lbs

YAY! Look at you! Congrats!
139.9 is my highschool weight ... what i wouldn't do to be that again. I'll be happy to get down to 145.

I just followed the numbers MFP gave me, used a food scale and used my fitbit so I could eat back 50% of my exercise calories.

Well in total about a year if you dont count mt break. For about 3 years I stopped actively trying to lose weight, so I sat at about 150-160 lbs during that time.
