Any other cyclists here with a Power Meter doing structured HIIT?

I'm 69 and a serious cyclist. My bike is a 2020 Trek Domane SL6 equipped with a 4iii Left crank power meter and a Wahoo Element Bolt head unit. For the last several months I've been following a structured workout plan with 2 or 3 High Intensity Intervals/week and a 50 mile or longer group ride most Saturdays. I average 500 or so TSS points/week and the my CTL is 78. The Training Peaks software I use gives me a good estimate of how many calories I've burned each workout. I've lost about 35 pounds in the last 18 months and want to lose 25 more. I was in Weight Watchers before but they are not set up to work with someone who exercises at the intensity and frequency (5 days/week) I do. They overestimate the activity points for cycling. They helped me create a lot of healthy eating habits, though and helped me learn how to approach challenges and unhelpful attitudes. I've been struck on a plateau for the last month and thought I'd try logging all my food and activities.

"Any other cyclists here with a Power Meter doing structured HIIT?" - only in my winter training, I use some of the plans/workouts from the Wattbike Hub app. The vast majority of my cycling is outdoors mostly on my Specialized Roubaix with Favero Assioma power meter.

"I've been struck on a plateau for the last month and thought I'd try logging all my food and activities." - Good idea. Despite a large calorie allowance from a big cycling volume unfortunately to lose weight I do need to eat a bit less than I would like to.
I'm clearly a more talented eater than I am a cyclist!

There's a bunch of MyFitnessPal cyclists who contribute to a challenge thread which might be of interest to you.

There's also a Strava club for MyFitnessPal riders.
