August goals

Hi everyone! I have been on weight watchers for the last two months and came back to My fitness pal.
My SW was 226
My CW is 202.5
My goal weight for August is 195 to 190. Trying not to set the bar to high and experience any disappointment but if I can get under 200 I will be super proud to have accomplished that goal.
I walk 3 miles a day and really trying to focus on a sugar free diet and cut out most red meat and sticking with chicken and fish. Trying to make this a new life style and not just a weight loss goal.
I have a hernia that holds me back from a lot of things I can do to work my abs. Does anyone know a solution or something I can do for the belly weight or will walking do it over time?

My mom had hernias from having gastro bypass and even with surgery to repair them with the mesh, they would still pop.. Depending on your hernia, i know she rode her bike EVERYWHERE0

Thats why I haven't went to have mine repaired I hear it isnt helpful. So I just try and take it easy and not stress the area.0
