Hi all, I am not trying to lose weight just maintain. Have recently upped my activity and feeling quite hungry all the time so wanted to track for a week out of curiosity to see if I am eating “enough”.
I am 5’6” female 134lbs. I am stuck with activity level setting. I consider myself pretty active. I do a SWEAT resistance workout 6 days a week and average about 12000 steps a day. Don’t have any gadgets to track calories burned from my workout. What activity level should I choose?

Your activity level is only supposed to take into account your non exercise activity: job, housework, hobbies... And then on top of that you should log the exercise and eat back those calories (or part of them, depending on how reasonable the estimate is, it could be inflated).
If those 12000 steps a day are not exercise related, I would choose active as your activity level.

The most important bit is monitoring your weight (with a weight trending app such as Libra or Happy Scale) and adapting your calorie intake if necessary. After all, the numbers MFP gives you are based on statistical averages, so you'll need to experiment to see what your actual calorie needs are.
