Doing keto what is the difference when counting grams with Micros?

Not sure I understand your question. Net carbs are carbs minus fiber. Some people choose to count net carbs. Some choose to count total carbs. I suppose whether you do would depend on why you are doing keto and how easy it is for you to stay in ketosis. If you're doing it for epilepsy, I believe you count total carbs, but you can verify that with your doctor. If you just want to stay in ketosis rather than for a medical reason, you can probably get away with net carbs.2
