Anyone else looking to lose about 10 kilos?

Hi, I've just (re)joined today. Female, 47 and looking to lose about 10 kilos (20lb). Could definitely do with some motivational buddies!

I'm based in Ireland, have a ridiculous sweet tooth and have fast tracked my weight gain in the last 6 months or so.

Hi. I am 3 weeks behind you in starting this. I want to loose 10kg. Am Female, 58 and live in NZ. I am hypothyroid and take meds and it makes it difficult to loose - but not impossible. Also can’t do low carb as it makes me quite unwell. So, i have to do it by calorie reduction. How are you doing?

I have hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's. I was doing really well until 4 months ago when I suddenly put on 5kg. So I'm really trying to get it under control also. We can do this.
