Finally a new breakthrough!!!

After losing some 72 pounds I upped my calories even though I still had around 15 more pounds I wanted to lose. I literally bounced around between 199 and 204 for a year, yeah a year. Never getting below 199. About 2 weeks ago I tweaked what I was doing, and yesterday I was 197.8 which was a huge breakthrough for me. Today this morning 199.8. Goal is 185, possibly 180 but I'm back on the right track and back into a groove.
I know one thing, when I big down and do what is needed I lose fairly steadily.

Well what I started doing was coming home from work at 3:30 and what I would do is have a very high protein shake. I moved that to after dinner as my snack. Instead of having another snack after dinner, the protein shake is my snack. That ended up cutting 3 or 4 hundred calories. Basically I went into a deficit again as obviously I was at maintenance.3
