Hi Everyone! I am hoping to get my appetite and weight under control and feel better. I would like to lose about 20 pounds. I was doing well while working as a RN and just realized, I have gained 10 pounds since my retirement date on April 30th. I have had success previously with the food diary. Good luck to my fellow dieters.

I'm NEVER going to retire. I love my work too much and I can train people till I just can't anymore. Plus I get to stay in the gym and workout till I can't anymore. I think part of why people degrade in health after retiring is that they lose a lot of physical activity they were doing prior. The goal for many Americans is just to stop working after so many years after a certain age.
