Did I lose what I just achieved?

Hey, I'm new and quite honestly I don't know how to work this site yet, so so sorry to bother anyone! But I just need some advice, and hopefully some good news :)

For the past week I've only been eating dinner (so about 500 cal - normally under) and barely exercising due to low energy, but I reached 92 pounds! (I'm very short- only 4' 11 :( ). However, I may or may not of had a whole binge weeked (probably around 4,000-5,000+ cal a day for 3...may be less but definitely didn't feel like it). Which, is to be expected. And of course the majority was all carbs and sweets. But now I'm around 102-105 pounds, and extremely bloated...pregnant spider bloated.


What should I do and how long can I expect the bloat/weight to stay?
