Did I lose what I just achieved?

Hey, I'm new and quite honestly I don't know how to work this site yet, so so sorry to bother anyone! But I just need some advice, and hopefully some good news
For the past week I've only been eating dinner (so about 500 cal - normally under) and barely exercising due to low energy, but I reached 92 pounds! (I'm very short- only 4' 11
). However, I may or may not of had a whole binge weeked (probably around 4,000-5,000+ cal a day for 3...may be less but definitely didn't feel like it). Which, is to be expected. And of course the majority was all carbs and sweets. But now I'm around 102-105 pounds, and extremely bloated...pregnant spider bloated.
What should I do and how long can I expect the bloat/weight to stay?

My friend, please hear this with the kindness that I intend it: you really can't eat <=500 calories a day to achieve long term healthy weight loss. If your goal is long term healthy weight loss, you need to come up with a sensible calorie target. When you put your info into MyFitnessPal, what did it suggest to you?14

So basically...
You starved yourself for a week eating 500 calories.
Then had a 3 day binge as a result of starving yourself for a week.
You were so low energy your body was probably begging for energy, carbs are energy.
Here is what you should do.
Stop. Doing. That.
If you want to accomplish something do it in a healthy way21 -
If you eat that little, your hair will fall out, your nails will become brittle, your skin condition will become terrible and your teeth will deteriorate. Eventually your organs will start to fail.
Will it be worth it? You'll lose some weight but you'll look like you're dying.
As for the bloat, drink lots of water, it should be better in a couple days and gone in a week or so.9 -
Wow, no wonder you binged. Less than 500 a day? That is seriously unhealthy and unsustainable. Your BMI was already bordering on underweight. Why on earth are you starving yourself? I mean this in the kindest, most heartfelt way - please consider speaking to your doctor or other healthcare provider about this, as this looks very much like an eating disorder based on your post.8

The app suggested 1,200 calories a day. Part of me knew that I would be able to get results from that amount (since that's about what I ate when I was younger and "fitter") but I guess I just thought it was too much. I'm almost positive that my metabolism has been slowed down due to some eating disorder behaviors, and I just kinda freaked out and tried to accomplish things the extreme ways, but I've learned my lesson
and working on getting healthy again!

Why don't you try 1200 calories and some gentle to moderate exercise and plenty of water this week, and see what that gets you?5

Here's a similar thread. You may find some tips here.
