Hi when I input an ingredient or something I wish to track options seem to be in cups and for American food brands how do I change it to grams and UK foods. TIA Scottish girl keen to make life easier

Either search for one with the correct (grams) choices, or do a conversion, or enter a new food with grams.
I've finally gotten all my foods entered as grams, but it takes a while - all whole foods are in the database in grams (entered by the developers.) So - those can be found with some practice.
If you search and use "grams" as part of the name, sometimes that works.

if you're looking for specific (Scottish) brands, include the brand name in your search term1

Many food items, especially raw products like fruit, veggies, meats and fish have the option to chose grams, cups, oz and other things. Just select the dropdown at the unit and see what's there. If there's nothing useful there use a different entry.0
