Day 1 of my journey to fitness. Half hour in gym. Lots of strength building and a couple machines. Cardio is my downfall. I should start walking, but no motivation. I did good with the exercises. And I ate healthy today.

    Well done. That's a great start. Remember Rome wasn't built in a day. All the little bits add up eventually. I know what you mean about cardio though. I just don't have the motivation for it. Trying to think of ways to make it fun

    Walking is a great way to start; find a good podcast (or playlist) - every step helps! Good luck!

    I love to read, so I’ll hit the treadmill at 3.5mph with an incline of 10 and walk while I’m reading. That way, it doesn’t seem like a punishment 😊
