Hey y’all, so for 4 years I was on and off about eating right and exercising. This year I finally got a trainer. Unfortunately last month was my final month with her. Let’s see how I do on my own 😬
I’m loving my progress though!! And the weightloss has improved my life tremendously!
A little about myself, I did a few years in the Army. I currently have two babies and I’m trying for a third! I train jiu jitsu(it’s my therapy). I have a dog and a bearded dragon. My goal is to lose weight and build lean muscle. After having my 2nd child I weighted 189. 4 years later I weigh 138. I would’ve progressed sooner if I would’ve stayed committed and disciplined lol.
