I enjoy home brewing. I typically brew all grain ales. I bottle most of the first runnings and keg the second. If I can get a third I bottle those as near-beer.
My go to is a red ale made with roasted barley, light and dark crystal malt, maris otter malt and Willimette, fuggles, and cascades hops. I think maybe Kent holdings too but I’d need to double check that.
