Double Challenge! Daily 10K steps + 100 squats

Hello everybody!!

So I did the squat challenge about 3 months ago and I felt AMAZING after proving to myself that I capable of doing 6500 squats in 65 days. I would love to do it again with adding the daily steps goal as well.

I’m sure it will be even more motivating to do it with other people. You can adjust your daily steps numbers and squats to whatever works best for you. You can also take progress photos to share when the challenge is done.

I will do a daily log like this:

My goal is to walk 10K steps and do 100 squats a day for 50 days (The squats don’t have to be done at once, I usually spread them throughout the day). As for weight loss, my goal is to lose 25lbs and I don’t have a deadline, I will do it slowly while working on developing healthy fitness and workout habits. My CW is 160.8lbs and my GW is 135
