Just not working!

I'm 63, mountain bike, team body project aerobics and SUP. I have been on MFP for 3 months now and every day when I complete my diary it tells me, in 5 weeks you will be... I'm below calories almost every day, fresh, healthy choices. Drink heaps of water. Don't know what to do.

    Hi, sorry to hear you’re struggling even though you’re clearly putting in the effort.

    I take it your goal is to reduce weight?

    Most importantly, are you weighing out your food with an accurate digital scale?
    Using measurements like tsp/tbsp can lead to varying levels of underestimated calories.

    Also, are you eating back calories from exercise that you log? Most of the time, MFP and many other apps and devices overestimate the amount of calorie expenditure for activities. You may want to experiment with eating back a % of these, such as 50-75% and see where that leaves you after 3-4 weeks.
