Frustrations - What does everyone do?

I had lost a little over 80lbs and was still doing good. 14 lbs from goal. Then I let myself use 'rona to slide off and gained 20 back. I am having such a hard time finding the motivation again. I went to put a dress on tonight and most of them no longer fit. I was furious with myself and I am hoping I can take that anger and frustration and use it to propel me to get back on track.
What has everyone done to stay on track through this craziness?
This is a photo when I was at my heaviest and this was a few weeks ago.... 20 up from my lightest

First of all great work on the weight loss. That’s impressive!
In my experience negative emotions like anger and frustrations don’t make great motivators for sustained change. How about reframing the situation.
“I lost over 80lbs. There was a global pandemic that really played havoc with ... (insert however it has effected you - and that includes the general sense of unease and confusion many of us felt even if on the face of things we were doing fine). Despite the craziness I managed to only regain 20lbs before I got myself back on track. Of course I was frustrated with the weight gain but I was thankful it was only 20lbs and also thankful I knew what skills and habits would help me get back on track.”
