I'm having a hard time staying focused on my goals. I would only like to lose 15 pounds, and gain muscle but I have recently discovered that I am a beginner when it comes to working out. I also am used to eating whatever I want as my metabolism have only just slowed down. Feel free to add me or send a message with tips.
