Hi all,
During the UK lockdown i injured my back after starting some renovation work on our house. I have been doing back stretches and have not been doing workouts as each time i try restart i trigger my back.
Can anyone advise any workouts i could do other than walking to kickstart my fitness. I am booked in with osteopath in 2 weeks so will hopefully find out what i have done to my back.
Feeling very frustrated 😑
Thanks in advance.

I know it's frustrating, but I would wait until after you talk to the ostiopath and see what they say. You're back is engaged in almost everything you do, and since you aren't sure what is wrong it's really difficult to give safe advice.2
