Bloating from antibiotics??

Yikes! I recently started taking Amoxicillin for a chronic sinus issue and I’ve ballooned up 6 lbs in less than a week! I can only assume this is water retention as my diet and exercise has not changed but seems very extreme! Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any tips for reducing bloat from medications?
