I tried this app once before and was able to lose 51 pounds from 298! I sort of became complacent and lost interest but I did not gain any weight back. Now I want to lose another 50 pounds. If losing weight was easy we would all be thin! I'm 6ft tall, 247 lbs. I want be less than 200 lbs before the end of the year which I think is realistic. I jog/walk for 1 hour in the morning and walk 1 hour in the evening. I do count my calories as recommend and all my food is fresh and home cooked. The community seems full of like minded people so I want to drop in.
