A week will not be long enough to know whether Intermittent fasting is working for you. Are you trying to lose weight? Are you in a calorie deficit?5

If you are doing IF and you aren’t eating at a calorie deficit, you won’t lose any weight.
Is there a reason that you thought IF would make you lose more weight??
CICO is king for weight loss and you can do that without doing IF. Just curious about WHY the IF. Some people find it easier to control what they eat in smaller windows. Personally, I’m a snacker, so IF would make me miserable.4 -
Yeah....intermittent fasting isn't a "diet and weight loss" plan.
To lose weight you need to eat fewer calories than your body uses throughout the day and do it consistently over TIME.

I looked at your Food Diary....why are you eating so little food? Also, the portion sizes you are using are generic sizes...we usually suggest using a food scale when people have issues. The more important thing is why you're eating so little. Are you logging everything?4

cmriverside lol, I am not a snacker at all i usually only eat 2 times and maybe 3. My weight gained was not due to eating before it was actually my birth control that did it for me besides 3 pregnancy. I was under the impression that IF does help for weight lost... But i can be wrong.0

I do 4:3 IF and have lost 100 pounds so far with another 20 or so to go.
The way I do it is to look at how many calories I need for the week, set 600 calories a day for 3 days and then divide the remainder across the other 4 days.
So at the moment I am eating 600 calories on Mon, Wed and Fri, and 1800 calories on the other days.
5:2 is another popular choice as is eating the same calories each day but limiting the time window in which those calories are consumed to 4 or 6 hours each day.
But all these options are just different ways of managing calories.

But you're under-eating your Goals by at least a thousand calories per day.
Apparently you have a fitness tracker, like Fitbit? Why are you leaving 800-1300 extras calories UNEATEN every day?
To be fair it looks like you aren't tracking that accurately so you've probably been eating more than you think you are - but still - get those calories in line and learn to track (log) food accurately.
Without good data you can't run the experiment. Intermittent Fasting is still about the numbers, not just limiting your hours of eating, IF is just a meal schedule, it isn't a magic weight-loss hack/trick.7
