Intro

Hi, I have been overweight since 2017 after having my 3rd child in my late 30’s. Although I have wanted to loose weight to feel healthier and gain confidence in my self image since then, I have actually gained more over the last year. I recently lost my job and figured I have enough free time now to put a lot more energy and drive into getting healthier. At 5”2 I am now 190lbs and the BMI chart shows Me being obese at 140. I already have bad knees too. My goal is to loose 50 lbs in 5 month and be at the much healthIer weight of 140 by the end of January 2021! :)
