46 year old male here, six foot two and change.

Was a successful MFP user before, went 'off the wagon' somewhat over the last couple years, needed to re-tighten the ship (particularly since my back problems have been getting bad again). Now back to 208 lbs, with daily cardio and light body weight excercises to maintain bulk (mainly planks, pushups and chinups). It's amazing how you can accomplish something if you put your mind to it!

I think this time around I'm doing a much better job emphasizing protein intake and also the body weight exercises - I looked in the mirror today and damn! I look good.

Congratulations on your weight loss, and your persistence! :) Do the bodyweight exercises help with your back pain? I've been doing light yoga and swimming, which helps a bit with my back pain, but I think I need to ramp it up a bit for more flexibility.

You might find Bodyfit by Amy's 10 minute abs workout helpful: she makes the point that much back pain is related to a weak core, so low impact core exercises are what are most needed for people with backpain. It's here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LY5Dp0s4IxI. I find it really excellent.

Thank you for sharing, this looks like an amazing workout. I usually don't even look at these. But it is so well done and focused.
