I just have a quick question if someone can help i usually weight my stuff before cooking it like chicken and other stuff because it loseing weight after cooked but was just wondering how do you weight out a whole turkey thats already cooked to 4oz

The database has entries for cooked meat. You can log it like that. You may have to distinguish between white and dark meat, as well as different parts of the bird's body, but you can still log by weight.3

- https://fdc.nal.usda.gov/fdc-app.html#/
- Put in "turkey cooked"
- Uncheck everything but "require all words" and "SR legacy"
- Select the appropriate syntax and paste that into MFP, ex: "Turkey, whole, dark meat, cooked, roasted"
- Add the weight and you are done!
