My 2020 progress:

I started out in 2010 and it took me 10 months to lose 60# from 218 down to 156. 10 years later I have stabilized and maintained my weight at 170. I bought a food scale when I started out on religiously documented everything I ate. I still do. I eat anything I want as long as I can stay under my daily caloric allotment.

I have maintained my loss for almost 3 years now. I joined MFP and started weighing and logging my food. I started eating healthier and more appropriate portions and I got up off the couch and started moving more with joining the gym. At 43 years old, I loss 100 lbs from January 11th to September 15th of 2017(It took me 8 months and 4 days). I will turn 47 in October and in addition to keeping the weight off, I have actually loss even more.
You can do it!
