New to MFP, not new to dieting!

Hey everyone, I'm 20 years old and I've been trying to lose weight for a few years (I've gained so much weight during my teenage years). This time I'd like to lose weight with a community to fall back on for a little motivation/support - my #1 reason for joining MyFitnessPal.

Main features of my new diet include low refined carbs, more whole foods and a lot of meal prep! Exercise includes HIIT, cardio, pilates & yoga.
