Taking 15% off exercise time?

Hi everyone!
I've been trying to lose weight and have been exercising about an hour a day 5-6 days a week. I know that the MFP calculator overestimates exercise burn on cardio exercises so I've been taking about 15% off of my time to make up for that. My question is, do you think that's a good amount to take off? I try not to eat back any of my exercise calories. I have a metabolic disorder and that is the only way I can lose any weight.
Thanks,
Maggie

If you dont eat your exercise calories, then it doesn't matter whether the number is 3 or 3000.0
