Hello,

I, like many of us, have fallen into unhealthy eating patterns over the past several months. I've been eating all the junk food I want, whenever I want. I'm trying to get back to healthy eating, but I'm have a really, really tough time battling the cravings for salty, high fat foods I've been turning to in times of stress. I've been drinking lots of tea instead, and playing Tetris. What are your best tips for avoiding pleasure eating?

Reading the success stories forum here and looking at the pictures. Walking outside when it's nice out, knitting when it's not. I also don't buy any foods I find impossible to portion-control.

That's the answer for me too, just don't have the "bad" stuff in the house, out of sight, out of mind. For me, peanut butter, is high on the can't control list.
