I entered a challenge!

My body fat was around 12.4% for a couple years but I have gotten a little lax with my diet and it has crept up to 14%. I entered a contest to lose 2% body fat in 30 days. I am a female, 5’6” and 130 lbs. I am not even sure if this is a possible goal, I am really using the challenge as motivation and accountability. My plan is to hit my macros, work out regular (not extra to meet the goal), and try to meet the challenge with nutrition. I plan on upping my protein and cleaning up my diet with rigorous logging and weighing and measuring. I am looking for suggestions how to crack this nut, please.

Are the other contestants lean like you? How are they determining fat loss? Getting super accurate with your intake will help but you will probably need more than 30 days. Rooting for you.

Thank you. Everyone establishes their own goal whether is be fat loss, muscle gain. If you reach your goal, your name goes into a hat for a raffle. People of all fitness levels are entering. They are using the InBody machine, scale thing.
