Don't Celebrate Weight Loss Goals With Food!!!

I used to celebrate weight loss goals with food. In fact most special occasions had to have food or else it was not an occasion at all. The last time I celebrated with food I started incorporating cheat days that led to more cheat days. So my new approach will be to earn the meal instead of cheating. I have a dinner this Monday so I will exercise 10 extra minutes each day and cut 100 calories from each day. This way I will feel like I earned that meal and I will still be within my caloric range.
