I haven't upped my calories but I've been exercising A LOT and I finally reached a point where I didn't feel I could "keep up that pace" so to speak. So I cut my exercise in half and the weight is coming off much easier now!

    Your body may have been retaining water to help heal muscles. I always weigh more after a hard workout.
