How many calories are in a full plate of Indian style chicken brown rice?

    You could try to look up a similar dish from a local chain, and estimate. Or, breakdown the ingredients in your dish and estimate the calories.

    How big is the plate? How full is "full"? What else is in the dish apart from chicken and rice (oils, sauces, veg, seasoning) and how much of those?

    If you made it yourself, the best way is to weigh and log each ingredient separately. Otherwise you can try to find a generic entry in the database, but be aware that then you are just guessing that it is similar to what you ate.
