hello! I am seeking advice for running outside during these crazy times. Which mask would you recommend? I really miss running outside, and I just want to be safe
Thanks

Stay inside and use a treadmill if safety is a concern.

I have a variety of masks but have not yet found one I can run with that doesn't fog up my glasses yet. New design coming up

Ask this over in Debate: Health and Fitness. You'll get plenty of advice.

I've been outside walking/running/sprinting since March 16. Haven't contracted the virus. But I may have gotten it well before March 16. I hardly ever get sick (like every 4 years or so) and in February there was a week I was really run down and it wasn't explainable to me other than illness. I have slight asthma and it gets worse when I'm ill, so I DON'T KNOW if I contracted it in February and recovered quickly. Also no one in my home has gotten sick.

To add, I usually have the mask down when I am outside and only put the mask on when I see someone whose path is going to cross mine. Traveling distance of the virus is definitely less than my range of sight

Well, if you're alone and running outside....

I'd just take a razor blade to the thinnest, cheapest mask I could find and make it as breathable as possible.

You probably have a higher chance of getting hit by a car than getting Covid while running outside.
