9/10 - 5.4 mi walk
9/11- Body pump class on youtube, 1 hr. Air unhealthy outside so had to stay in.
9/12- 5 mile hill run nonstop, 11:57time. That's a record for me for 2020. Followed this up with 1 mi intervals of sprints and walking.
9/13- 3.5 mi hill powerwalk, 20 minutes yoga/stretches/floor exercises. 20 pushups. Easy rest day.1 -

MISSED MY GOAL BY 2.31 MILES! This was due too several days of rain. It either rained all day and I had too walk between rain storms and those days were less walking. I got this amount CAMPING in one of our local National Parks. I always do good those months. Don't know what next month will bring but I am still setting a goal of 110 miles....
