    Couldn't log into MFP past 2 days but it's working now. No excuses!

    9/10 - 5.4 mi walk
    9/11- Body pump class on youtube, 1 hr. Air unhealthy outside so had to stay in.
    9/12- 5 mile hill run nonstop, 11:57time. That's a record for me for 2020. Followed this up with 1 mi intervals of sprints and walking.
