Not a great weekend food-wise - burger week in my city - but things got done. It also switched into fall mode early this year so I'm pretty sure I'm back to treadmill only. But the late night snacking has gone well (but I have been oh-so-tempted)!!!

I ate pretty light yesterday during the day but by dinner OMG I was hungry. BUT I stopped at 8 PM!

Haven’t checked in much this week, but still going strong...
My goal is no snacking after 9pm. If that fails, my “hard line” is not exceeding my daily calorie limit because of it.
