Kicking off this month's thread, hope I'm not doubling up. These daily weigh ins really keep me company and help me to stay focused. Let's have a great month!

Starting weight May 2020: 184.6
Starting weight this month: 159.9
Goal weight this month: 157.9

May: -8.8lb
June: -6.6lb
July: -7.3lb
August: -2lb

    Threw out my back in the last week of August, and gained three pounds in a week. Think it's mostly water, and will drop, but I'm ready for a great September :-)

    Start weight ~170 in summer 2019
    September 1 start weight 134.2
    Goal weight 125
    September GW-- ready to be optimistic! 125

    August-oct 2019 ~ -5
    Oct-Feb ~ -15
    March/April ~ -10 (bought a scale in April)
    May -6
    June -3
    July -4
    August +2 (I think water bump at the end. Probably -1)

    Goal weight this month: 204 (Staying below 205 has proven a challenge..)

    Jumping in on this thread! (Maybe TMI, but) I am still partially breastfeeding, so I have to pace my weight loss so that I don't lose my supply, but hoping to see a 3lb loss this month!

    I was at 209 at my peak during the early covid19 days.

    Goal weight this month 200 lbs.
    Goal weight overall is very much lower! Need to be a healthy weight and feel good about myself again.

    January put on 0.4 lbs
    February put on 2.4 lbs
    March LOST 3 lbs
    April put on 1.4 lbs
    May 2020 put on 1.6 lbs
    June 2020 stayed the same
    July 2020 lost 0.2 lbs
    August 2020 put on 0.6 lbs

    1st September 206 lbs
    2nd September 206.2 lbs
