    I went to Chili's with some friends. Guiltless Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Cinnamon Apples.

    Not extremely light on calories, but definitely satisfying!

    a bowl of fat free blueberry yogurt
    and a slice of cantaloupe
  • FF ham , light cheese, and mustard on whole wheat
    3 baby dill pickels
    100 cal pack of sun chips
    and a barlett pear

    Sheesh I was stuffed
