The only regret that I didn't have it sooner! It is a tool and I still have to work at it and will the rest of my life. But it is the best decision I have ever made! It's not for everyone but it was what I needed to get started.5

I’m Happy with my decision NOT to pursue it. Lost 150 lbs through MFP taking 2 1/2,yrs and kept most of it off for 4 yrs.5
