I'm not a fan of beans/legumes, but I'm learning to "adult." As such, I was surprised to have REALLY enjoyed adas...

There are different versions and it is apparently breakfast food but I ate mine all times of the day.1 -
i make veggie burgers by mixing black beans, taco seasoning, oats, and a little nutritional yeast in a food processor then form into patties and pan fry in olive oil. u can use literally any beans/legumes and switch up the grains and seasoning too, to make different kinds (like i made it with chickpeas, curry powder, and cooked brown rice before and that was really good too)
they dont need a bun really and u can serve em on like roasted chard or collard greens2
