Trouble with losing

When I finish my diary every day, I am showing that in "five weeks I will be at so and so weight, etc.) But, after a few weeks now I am not budging. According to what the app says, I should have lost about 5 lbs so far. I am averaging 400 calories burned a day, I am not counting calories burned on my strength training day (2x a week) and i am showing I am not 100-300 calories under each day.. Average calorie input is 1350 to 1750 a day.

Anyone have trouble like this?

    I haven't had the same trouble but did not that the loss slowed when water consumption was not at 8. I am forcing myself to drink 16 oz every morning first thing. That has seemed to help. How is your water consumption?
    I also learned today from a fitness friend that I have to make sure that my carb and fiber intake have to be in check every day.

    do you measure your food? use a scale? it could be what you are consuming. Make sure you use your own calculations on MFP because a ton of people put food on MFP wrong. Also drink the recommended amount of water a day for your body weight. This can affect you greatly at not losing weight at all. :)
