Back in 2016-2017 I lost 40 lbs. I met me Fiancee in late 2017, and my diet went to s**t. I wound up putting weight back on. We both decided it was time to get in gear, and use MFP as an accountability tool. Four weeks in and I'm down 11.2 lbs. I never stopped my strength training, but have added three days of conditioning every week. We are also in the process of building a home gym. We have a 22 month old daughter, and I want to see her grow up. We are both in our early 40's now.
