Back after years absence

Hi I'm Jason, I am back after a couple of years absence. I am still down 85+ pounds but I was down 105 and want to get those last 20 back off and build up my upper body strength which has dropped considerably. At one time I had 17-inch biceps I am now down to fourteen and man do I feel weak. Just looking to be a little social while working out not really looking for feedback on my eating or exercise except maybe when I need help to do a little troubleshooting and tweak workouts with when I run into trouble or hit plateaus. I have found that some people are a little overzealous on their need to share their feedback and that can be detrimental and discouraging to my efforts so just want to make positive supportive friends.
