When I started this journey in January I was almost 200lbs! That’s a lot of weight for a 5’7 female! I am proud to say I am now 155lbs! I’d love to lose another 20lbs, but so far I am feeling so much healthier and happier!

How did you do it? Would love to hear about your meals and work outs. I am just starting over today. I despise working out but need to freaking get moving.2

You look very good! I am also 5'7", but I started at nearly 300 pounds and so have another hundred to lose plus the 47 that I've lost so far.1

Is there any kind of movement you don't despise, or even enjoy? It will be a lot easier to commit to moving if you can move in ways you look forward to.

Rayanne 203. Hi! I never post, but the subject line caught my eye. ❤ felt congratulations!! I have also lost 40 pounds and I know how much commitment is involved. I began at 180 almost 2 years ago. I'm now at 140, with 25 pounds lost this year since January. I am 5'4" tall, my goal is another 15 to 20 pounds and I also feel so much healthier and happier. I could never go back!
To those asking for tips, my personal advice is to be patient. Habits such as exercise, water and nutrition need time to solidify. Start with one thing. Even drinking water. Gradually add more habits. As your new habits become a lifestyle, the changes begin to snowball and the weight begins to come off faster. The first 15 pounds were slow to come off as I began with walks and yoga for exercise. Increased my water. Slowly changed my diet. My exercise became more advanced as I became fitter. I now drink a gallon of water a day. My way of eating has changed drastically. Junk food literally makes me sick! I crave fresh fruits and vegetables and healthy protein.
It may not be as glamorous as keto, intermittent fasting or hiring a personal trainer. However, the changes are permanent and I am staying healthy with no issues of loose skin. IT IS WORTH GOING SLOW. I am down 4 dress sizes. Think about it!! If you were guaranteed to lose 4 dress sizes in under 2 years, would you do it?5 -
Stunning before and after; I'm so happy for you! I've lost 42 lbs so far this year. I agree with all your tips!! Sadly I've only lost one dress size so far... I swear all the weight has come out of my face and hands, lol.0
