The most thing I hear from people is talk of the covid belly or covid weight. It sucks for sure, motivation during lockdown for most and myself included was totally zapped. I’m the opposite of covid belly though, I lost a lot of weight.
Infact, the last time I weighed what I do now according to my fitness pal progress over the years was 2014 😅😅
So the gyms are open and it’s time rebound back harder, bigger and stronger. LETS GO TEAM!! Smash the rest of this year and fly into 2021 like a MACHINE 🚀🚀😝😝😝💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
