Just starting out and a question...

Hi all,
I just starting out on getting fitter than I am now.
The question I have is surrounding diet; I’ve shied away from using apps MyFitnessPal and others when it comes to recipes.
I hate any form of cooking, shopping for food and am happy to eat the same thing day in day out.
You could say I’m not a foodie!
I’ve tried to change but get so frustrated when I see a ‘10 min prep time meal’ - it’s not 10 minutes, it’s anything but when you don’t like food shopping! I buy the necessities online I can throw in an oven or microwave, wolf it down and job done.
So has anyone been through this is and if so, how did you change? As mentioned, I’ve tried before but failed and usually unsubscribed and deleted the app as a result!
Any help would be appreciated.
