Not eating enough??

So I'm back on board to lose the COVID weight, have about 10-15 lbs to lose. 5'3, 143. I have 2 kids, I'd say I'm 'lightly active' plus some walking, jogging and pilates. I have set my daily goal as 1350, with one day per week at around 1600 and one day at 2000. I've done this every time I lose weight, although usually with WW, which is using 'weekly points' for a higher day or two. I'm just wondering if I'm aiming too low on my low days??

There are a number of TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) calculators out there. I like Scoobies........https://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/
TDEE calculators include calories for exercise up front. If you plug your stats into MFP you get a calorie goal before exercise. Then you log exercise and eat those calories back.
1350*6 + 2000 / 7 = 1440 average. I think you can set your goal a bit higher. For 10-15 pounds you are looking at about 1/2 pound a week for your weekly goal.1 -
With so little weight to lose the important thing will be the accuracy of your logging.1
