Half of Me

I am on a very large journey to lose 160 pounds. That's half of my body weight. I understand to make sure I don't over do it and to take it at a healthy pace. If I am comfortable and happy before I get to 160lbs, I will stop and focus on maintaining and being healthy. I have a lot of bad habits I am trying to quit as well. I have six children, and I am only 28 years old and I deal with chronic edema issues as well as a lot of other things that are concerning. I am hoping I will be able to do this and not give up this time!
