Maintaining during the pandemic

It was SOO much easier to maintain during the pandemic because I had lots of time to exercise. Now that I am back to work, it is much harder because I am not getting those 1000 cal of exercise burned each day .3

Hello from the most lockdown city in the world!!! (Melbourne, Australia)
In the first lockdown I put on 6kg to end up weighing my heaviest ever at 90.6kg, just tipping me into the BMI obese range. This gave my the kick up the *kitten* I needed to take action.
Lockdown two came along and I was determined not to put on another 6kg. The day of lockdown I ordered a spin bike and began doing 2 x 30min cardio sessions per day plus 10k steps. By the end of lockdown 2 (4-months) I had lost 8kg.
Now a year on and in lockdown No.6!!!! I’m 16kg down and only 4 kg away from my goal weight.9
