I tend to train 6 days a week roughly burn between 350 to 500 kcal a day . I mostly add them onto my daily cal target . My cal target here is 1200. Anyone else do same ? And does it work for you too. Thanks in advance ☺

Mfp is designed for you to eat back your exercise calories. You don't want to net less then 1200 calories a day, so eating them back is a great.

@joolspen3942 , Hi!! I have a similar situation with a 1490 calorie goal and I burn 500 calories a day and it gets added into my daily goal. I only eat 350 or so of those calories back and bank the rest for the weekends when I tend to eat much more!
